ABOUT US

Hollister Ranch Realty has sold more HR properties than any other company. Past president of the HR Owners’ Association, Jeff Kruthers is the firm’s broker. Hollister Ranch Realty specializes in property sales at Hollister Ranch. Hollister Ranch homeowner residents Jeff Kruthers, Broker, and his wife Wendie are partners in the firm. Sales associate, Jesse Wooten, is also an owner here at the Ranch. Hollister Ranch Realty is recognized in the industry as THE most knowledgeable expert at Hollister Ranch.

Jeff first visited Hollister Ranch in 1962 as a guest of the Hollister family who owned the entire 15,000+ acre ranch at the time. Jeff introduced Wendie to the Ranch in 1967, and they were married the following year. Jeff and Wendie purchased Parcel 3 in 1972; the seventh parcel sold by the developer. The following year, Jeff made his first Hollister Ranch sale.

Jeff and Wendie established Hollister Ranch Realty in 1981. Since that time they have been involved in at least one transaction involving over 100 separate Hollister Ranch parcels. In fact, Hollister Ranch Realty has completed more Hollister Ranch transactions than all other real estate companies combined.

A native of Santa Barbara, Jesse has lived on and surfed our coastline for decades. After graduating from Dartmouth College and a few years of traveling, working, and surfing, Jesse returned home in 2005 to become a teacher/administrator at Santa Barbara Middle School. He and his wife, Lara, joined the Ranch in 2015, spending tons of time enjoying the beaches, ridges, waters, and people of Hollister Ranch. Now, under the mentorship of Jeff and Wendie, Jesse is excited to provide personal, trustworthy and professional representation to those either trying to sell their Hollister Ranch property or purchase a piece of this very special Hollister Ranch. Jesse can be reached at 805-680-1549.

No one else has the expertise or the experience regarding Hollister Ranch as do Wendie and Jeff. Jesse has the advantage of knowing that experience so he can pass the knowledge on to his clients. Hollister Ranch Realty is the only company to work full time providing personalized and customized service to buyers at the Ranch. They understand the special needs of the buyer of Hollister Ranch property because Hollister Ranch is the only property they sell.

The facts show no one else has the success. Results are the indication of their effectiveness. Jeff, Wendie and Jesse enjoy helping people realize their dreams at Hollister Ranch. The Reagan’s Visit to Hollister Ranch

When the first phase of 100 acre Hollister Ranch properties first went on the market in late 1971, a small number of parcels sold to people who had either been waiting for them to become available or to a few (including some Hollister family members) who cut particularly attractive deals with Dick LaRue, the broker who represented the developer, MGIC Equities.
